[FTC]: Mississippi Summer Block Party

On Saturday, July 19, 2014, Mississippi FTC will hold its first official Off-Season Event – the Mississippi FTC Summer Block Party at the Jackson Avenue Center, University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. It will be one more chance to show off your awesome robots from last season. We are limiting registration to 16-20 teams from around the southeast and the event will be focused on the robots and game play. There will not be any judging interviews, but there may be some judges roaming the pits and fields observing all the teams – so keep showing off your Gracious Professionalism®.

Registration is NOW OPEN! We will try to get all teams that register a spot to play, but you should be aware that there is a priority process for teams to compete. Cost is only $50/team plus (to borrow from IRI), a well-filled backpack to be donated to a needy 2nd-4th grader in Mississippi.
