2012 River City FTC Rumble
**2012 “Bowled Over!” Off-Season Event
Hosted By FTC Teams 1033 and 5429**
Cost: $25 (Payable by Check to Benedictine College Preparatory Robotics)
When:
August 3rd 2012 Optional Load In 5pm-7pm
August 4th 2012 Event Doors Open at 8am, competition starts at 10am

Breakfast of pastries, water, orange juice, and coffee will be served from 8am-10am free of charge while supplies last.
We will have a concession stand open all day serving hotdogs, chips, soda, coffee, candy, pizza and or chicken tenders with fries. More details to come on food & pricing.
Qualifying Matches will start at 10am.
We will have an hour lunch break at noon.
Top 4 teams will choose 2 alliance partners and play until we crown the 1st ever “River City RumbleFTC Champions”.
Trophies will be awarded to Finalist and the Winning Alliance Teams.
We will not have judging but the following are awards that your teams are eligible for:
Can Can Award: This award is presented to the team that brings in the most canned food to be donated to the Central Virginia Food Bank
Team Spirit Award: The team that demonstrates the most team spirit including costumes, cheers and more.
Autonomous Award: This award is given to the team that scores the most total autonomous points during qualifications rounds.
Hole in One Award: This award is given to the team that scores the most bowling balls in the home zone goal during qualifications rounds.
High-rise Award: This award is given to the team that has the highest crate lift during the qualifications rounds.
Peoples’ Choice Award: This award is given to the team with the most votes from the other teams at the event. This award can be given for spirit, gracious professionalism, or anything else.

This will be a great event for you to not only play Bowled Over once again, but also to bring new team members and or have new drivers get the experience of driving.
