Fusion license - can't get new license

Right now, Autodesk is refusing to provide Fusion licenses, although it is currently listed in the Virtual KOP.

Anyone know what is going on? Anyone to contact?

I had issues when I tried to renew mine as a mentor. Their standard registration/renewal workflow doesn’t appear to account for non-school-affiliated mentors (e.g. for community teams like mine) even though they say it is supported.

Eventually after much frustration I got in touch with their chat support, explained what I was trying to do, they did some magic to reset the state of my account, we then got it to work. I assume when my license is up in a year, I’ll likely have to repeat the steps, though.

it’s basically my annual pain point since we never get their auto-renewal email at all and have to do chat support to get anywhere with them.
