I started building a ramp for the human player station as to bowl boulders into the field more easily. After reading the rules once more I stumbled upon G33b which states that “BOULDERS may only be introduced to the FIELD by a DRIVER or HUMAN PLAYER…” which makes me nervous. I believe that this rule as designed to prohibit coaches from bowling boulders but am not sure if that also destroys the possibility of a ramp. This is the only rule I can find against a ramp. Also, in my opinion, a human player/driver placing a boulder onto the ramp that then introduces the ball to the field is basically the human player/driver introducing the ball to the field INDIRECTLY. The rule doesn’t say anything about directly introducing the balls into the field which might be the loophole I am waiting for. If the rules change because of this discovery, it would probably result in the rule being changed to ‘DIRECTLY introduced to the field’. This however would then also rule out kicking since the shoe is directly putting in the ball and the human player/driver isn’t. There is a lot to be considerd and would love a response from anyone.
