G401 clarification?

So, at our meeting today, our members found something in the rules that is kind of odd.

G401 … …other than
through the TERMINAL (either directly or by bouncing off a FIELD element or other ROBOT).
Violation: FOUL per CARGO.

Hypothesis…
So, if we shoot the opposing team’s cargo out of the feild through the terminal (we assume theirs), this is legal?

I assume they meant that you can put cargo into the terminal, but the team kept saying, “That is not what it says. It is pretty clear.”

Anyway, thoughts? I know CD != GDC, I am just curious.

It is legal as far as I can tell. And your opponent has a HP there to reenter it.

That makes sense.

Though the terminal to me means underneath, not over. As underneath is through IMO. You sure don’t want to rifle it in there with Humans there IMO as that might be considered dangerous THEN comes in uses CARGO as directed and potentially other rules to protect those outside fiield

Pretty sure that exception is there for bumping the CARGO into terminal , not shooting it . Maybe Q&A time

If you shoot it out, It had better be slow enough not to damage the wiring under the terminal, and not to endanger the human player behind the terminal.
