I’ve been to 10 Championships previously, this is the first time I will be competing on Galileo. 125 is excited and looking forward to next week!
-Brando
Guys great news! We are 281 and the past 2-3 times we’ve gone to Champions we have had at least one team with a pit near us win the whole thing. Galileo is producing the champs this year!!!
Wow that’s cool! I need to go on a CD hiatus… I’m way to excited for championship now! Haha
Is it magic hat and in n out burger? Lucky Galileo…
It doesn’t have anything to do with the Manchester Acupuncture Studio does it?
Second year in a row on Galileo? I’m alright with that. And the competition looks like it’ll be pretty evenly matched, too! Next week in St. Louis!
Team 2486 is super pumped about our division! Especially to see some farmiliar faces from AZ like Crush(1011), 1212, and our Finalist Alliance partners The Sabercats(4146)!!!
Im really excited now!!! Looks like we have the most robots who have previously balances! (21)
We can triple balance but never have don eit in competition. We discovered the other day we can hang an incredible 17 inches off the edge of the bridge! (not including bumpers). Our shooter is being improved for a quicker speed up time and we are ready to sit under that fender all day long and then if we get defended against just go back to the key.
Anyone feel free to stop buy our pits and take a look at our robot we’ll be glad to show you everything on it and how we got to that design.
Yet again the organization of the teams into divisions is impeccable. They really are good at that. Of course, we all want to be on the winning team (Duh!) But the question is, who do we think will come out on top? There are a lot of perpetual good teams in each division, but I’d like to think that some team will pull up out of nowhere and take the division. 25 was missing from the quick list at the top and they had downright amazing performance at Mid-Atlantic Regional on week 7. Naturally, your guess is as good as mine when it comes to winners at the Championships. Any opinions on the matter would be nice, I just want a “heated” discussion.
Good luck from Team 1918. (I think. We’re not a one man team.)
Team 384 has only ever been put Galileo. It’ll be a fun competition, looks like there will be some competition!
It’s a massive clipboard to whack Billfred with.
P.S., looking forward to inspecting some awesome robots!
I dont have data to back it up, but from my brief observation of the divisions it seems like Galileo will be hard pressed to claim Einstein.
I wouldnt put much into that prediction though, as i have simply been skimming the division lists
Second year in a row on Galileo! And with our awesome winning alliance partners 2928!! GALILEO FIGHTING!!
