GEORGIA TECH Technology Enrichment Sessions

Hey Chief Delphi!

My name is Michael Benben and I am currently the project manager of the Outreach team under the RoboJackets at the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an organization we are very involved in improving our community through STEM initiatives, especially through much involvement with Georgia FIRST and FRC teams in the Atlanta area.

One of our biggest projects taking place in the fall are our Technology Enrichment (TE) Sessions where we invite FRC teams in Georgia FIRST to hold presentations on topics varying from strategy to mechanical design. As we prepare for another year, we would like to spread our influence beyond Georgia so that our community can continue to grow along with the rest of FIRST.

Below is a link to our interest form so we can plan out what topics teams are most interested in hearing about and it would be greatly appreciated if everyone could contribute! We intend to stream each session live and post them on the RoboJackets YouTube channel, where we currently have past sessions posted as well.

Thanks everyone! If you have any questions, please send them to outreach@robojackets.org.

This is a great idea. A lot of teams could really benefit from videos like this.

We participated in these last year, and were a good source for teams to learn. I submitted our survey.

What a great opportunity! This would provide a great opening for many students.
