So we qualified for Detroit, and it looks like the closest hotel is 15+ miles away. Do most teams that fly in and stay far from the event charter a bus for each trip to/from the venue? Or rent some big vans for the whole time? I’m guessing we’ll have 20-30 people including parents, but we just qualified so are trying to figure it out. Thanks!
It’s not Detroit, but last year when we attended Houston, we rented about 4-5 minivans and essentially piled students into them for efficiency. Our hotel was about 30 minutes away from the Convention Center.
