Getting error while installing NI

Hello,

I’m trying to install NI LabVIEW 2017 Update Suite stuff, I uninstalled my old crap and now in the NI_FRC2017 folder when I run the autorun.exe and choose “Install Only NI Vision Software” (I code in Java), I get an error “An internal Windows function returned an error.” What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
