If your mother is a hair dresser, her.
If not, WalMart should have it. I saw it there a couple weeks ago. Professional salons more then likely wont carry it however but I may be wrong. They know have comb-in colors and everything else in professional salons

My only question is, with as cute a face as that why in the world would you want to mess up your hair with hair color glue?
