GO Marlins!

We won 8 - 3 Fish, last night against the cubs, Now we just have to beat the Yanks or the socks, SO! excited

The funny thing is that you’ve still gotta beat the cubs again.

Good Luck with that one…

…yep, don’t celebrate early Tytus! That’s what a lot of Cubs fans were doing last night at the top of the 8th inning!

That’ll jinx you anytime…

I was there, the game was over…that darn fan who took the foul ball away from Alou screwed the Cubs over…that inning would have ended at 3-2 or maybe 3-3 but nothing more. Well I have faith in my Cubbies…Woody is on the hill tonight…

Tonight in Chi-Town they’ll be chanting “We’ve got Wood!”

GO CUBS!

I dunno, DJ… that fan who tried to grab the ball kinda looked like you. He was thin, had brown hair, and was wearing a Cubs hat. I’m not sure I’m buying this “I was on Waveland” story you are telling. Is your hand bruised or swollen?

No, my hand is sore from holding my video camera while I was taping the mob out on waveland ave

Also, the ticket scalpers were trying to sell tickets for 400 a piece…one scalper said he would rip his tickets in half before he would sell them for under 300 a piece…it was one of those “buy, sell and trade” stands so somehow that obvious scalping made it legal?

Considering that fan’s actions, I predict that he will incur severe physical pain in the next few days at the hands of some Cubs fans… that was just a STUPID thing to do.

I highly doubt the Marlins will beat the Cubs tonight.

I don’t see what makes baseball so exciting.

WE GOT WOOD!!!

i’m going to have to reiterate the topic of the thread: Go Marlins!!

and on a side note: Marlins are going to the world series!!!

Yup

This series was a travesty…that fan is going to pay for his actions. The Marlins got lucky, but they are going to get slaughtered in the World Series. The Red Sox will choke (go figure) Yankees win tomorrow and Yanks take the series in 6

Enjoy it while it last Marlins fans you got lucky…

The Marlins have never lost a post season series. Interesting, eh?

George

WE WON!
Were going to the series BABy!

I still say the Cubs will somehow (by an act of God) be in the World Series!!!

It would take the Act of a flux compacitor and a Delorian to Change This Wikid Cool Outcome

In Florida, Gov. Jeb Bush said an offer of asylum to Bartman might be a good idea, and an oceanfront retreat in Pompano Beach offered him a free three-month stay if he needed to get out of Chicago.

Hah… Would you rather drop the ball and get a free 3 month vacation or catch it and… uhh… get stoned?

MARLINS WIN GOING OT THE WORLD SERIES

I WILL BE AT THE GAME ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY DOWN HERE IN FLORIDA I THINK THAT IS GAME 3 AND 5.

I mean some people never get to see there home team or favorite team go to the world series but i get to see them twice within 6 years. its Great if you never been to a world series game. Its one of the greatest atmospheres i have ever been in.
let me break down the cost for you
top top top upper deck start at 60 till down on the field gets about about 145. And i will be on first base line  WEll good luck to all

curse of the billy goat still moves on

"The 26-year-old Bartman, a youth baseball coach, was escorted by security guards from Wrigley Field after he was threatened by angry fans and pelted with debris.

A police guard was posted outside the suburban Northbrook home where he lives with his parents. His brother-in-law – who read the statement to the media – said Bartman was ``hiding somewhere. He just wants to move on and he wants the Cubs to win.’’ "
