Good News

I’ve honestly been a hermit over the last bit.

Trying to keep a rookie team alive and active after not competing hasn’t been easy but everyone is still excited to see what happens this next season. I wanted to report a little good news. Our school community has continued to invest in our program and we’ve officially named our build-site. It has our machine shop, room for a full-sized FRC field (still need that field perimeter), a digital screen printing shop, room for our FTC field and we are offering an Advanced Robotics FRC course where team members are learning as many aspects of FRC robot building as we can.

We just ordered the signs for both outside and inside the building and we expect to LED them up for some background glow. FIRST community, I’d like to introduce you to the Denham Venom STEM Gym.

I’m waiting until it’s all pretty. Due to Covid I am using the field area to socially distance my classes and we are still getting the screen printing stuff situated.
