Trying to set up my codebase on my computer. This is the issue i’ve gotten. I’ve retried
redownloading wpilib
re clone my repo.

I know it looks a little different from the error you’re seeing but have you tried this? Known Issues — FIRST Robotics Competition documentation
I had the same error, take the project out of onedrive so instead of onedrive/desktop just put it in desktop.

We need to add more context to that message, but the above solutions are correct. Gradle and Java do not work correctly when stored in OneDrive. So you have to move the project to not be in OneDrive.
