HAL: CAN Receive has Timed Out errors w/ Rev PDH

I’m seeing a lot of the following errors:

I found this thread about similar errors with the PDH HAL: CAN Receive has Timed Out

This might be a side effect of high CAN traffic. It bounces between 60-100%

Considering disabling Livewindow
