Thank you for posting it. I was so busy with the boilermaker regional, I almost completely missed one of my favorite holidays.
Dave Verbrugge, the MC at Detroit, wished everyone a Happy Pi Day when introducing Team 1718, The Fighting Pi.
I can think of over 314 reasons to celebrate! 
It’s our mascot’s birthday (not the actual mascot, but the poor kid we stuck inside it), so when we went to dinner we paid for it. Least we could do for sticking him inside that costume all day.
