Have any other teams implemented Nuclino?

As part of some improvements the team wanted to make this year we looked into using a Kanban board project management system again. A few years back we had used Trello but that has since capped its teams user amount to 10 on the free plan. During our research we found a tool called Nuclino which not only is a project management system but allows you to create an internal wiki which we thought would be an extremely helpful thing to have especially given a restructuring among mentors this year.

When looking around CD I have found no mention of Nuclino and want to know if its a viable option and were just the first to stumble across it or its unused because its not any good.

We’ve started using Slack Lists for kanban boards and work tracking. Also using some of the Slack workflows to automate some processes.

We unfortunately don’t have the funds to pay for Slack.

We don’t pay for it. You can get slack pro for free as a non profit. Apply for the Slack for Nonprofits discount | Slack

+1! We have a non-profit Slack too!

Do you have 501c3 status? We are not as we are apart of a high school. It seems that one of the requirements is you are not a school or school related organization.

We use Notion - we pay for a single account that comes with guest access for 250 users. Like any other information management tool, it is a tool, not a process, and it requires some learning, but it has served us well.

Yes, we have a non-profit.

We’re part of a school but also have a non profit booster club run by the parents. That’s what the slack is registered under

I’ve got a start up called SquareBear which is a project/product management package.
