Help : Israeli team looking to lend batteries at the championship

Greetings,

Our team miscar 1574 from Israel, will compete at the championship later this month.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to bring any robot batteries from Israel for some reasons.
We are looking for teams that can help us and lend robot batteries for the championship.
Please contact us via this email address:

Thanks!

Contact the championship organizers, they might be able to help you. Otherwise I’m sure nearly every team there will be more than happy to lend you guys a battery.

Each international team get 2 robot batteries from the organizers.

That’s pretty smart. Obviously with the pace of the games this year you’ll need more. Just ask your neighbors in the pits.

I’ll send you guys an email in a little bit, my team always shares our batteries with the international teams. We’ve got quite a few + chargers.

We are still looking for batteries.
Please help us

What we’ve done every season we’ve gone to champs is buy batteries from Andymark for the event, and then sell them for $30ish per battery to team’s with trailers. This is a good deal for them, and a pretty cheap “rental fee” for you.

Let 2468 know if you are going to do this. We will have our trailer there.

Some teams from St Louis are already working on organizing lots of this stuff and more.
We still need more help from teams, so anybody who’s willing to help - please contact me here via a PM or on facebook at

We have a group opened just to discuss this stuff so please let us know =] Your help is much appreciated

Hi,

A contingent of our team is coming to support our Deans List finalist but we are not competing. If you’d like, we can bring our two chargers and ten batteries.

That would be amazing for you to do. If you would be willing to do this, could you send me a PM so you could get added to the Facebook group?

Thanks!

Please see Talon 540 at Worlds - we will have batteries available for you. Primary contact for you is [email protected] - Steve Ruwe - our senior mentor. Hope you have a pleasant flight to the US.
