Help with Neo built-in encoders

hello everyone, I’m from team 6694 México and this year my team decided to use NEO built-in encoders for the drivetrain but tbh I got no idea where to start, any help would be appreciated so much <3, pd: we use labview as our programming language.
pd2: I already have the REV library and this is our actual code to read encoders values.


Now, how do I implement math here? I don’t find where I can put rpm or rotations values directly. And regarding to rotations, how do I know how many rotations equals one feet for example? We use 6 in. mecanum and a 10.71:1 gear ratio.
