Help with Running Kinect

When using Kinect to run out robot, our robot has been running choppy. It works but it is not close to competition level. We used a modified form of robot code from this site.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It may be because of how your kinect is positioned, we had this problem also. Try tipping it straight out, and stand about 7 feet away, this seems to work for us. It may also be because your code isn’t going through the tele-op loop fast enough, that happened to us also when playing with the raw data.
