Hi, I’m from team 7577. I have a question about the hybrid node, what happens if there are two game elements in the hybrid node low? do they both count for score?

Only one game piece can be counted per node.

Page 45 of the game manual clarifies that either a cone or cube may be scored in the bottom row:
