Highest score so far?

Just wondering what some ofthe high scoring competitions have been. The best I’ve seen just happened in semi-finals in Gull Lake, MI. Teams 85, 1918, and 1677 won wih a score of 50-8. 30 basket points and 20 bridge points.

Saw a 70 on a webcast of the Kansas City event.

QF1-2 at Hatboro-Horsham had a reported score of 83-29. However, for some reason the FIRST event page is showing the score as 103-0. I didn’t hear any announcement of a score change/DQ on the webcast, so I’m not quite sure what went on there.

Another team at Kansas City just scored 89.

In not entirely sure, but apparently on Thursday, one match at KC was apparently 1500 - 1200 during practice.

There was just a match with a score of 89 in the Hatboro finals.

1986, 16, and 3784 posted a score of 89 in quarterfinal 1-2 a few minutes ago at Greater Kansas City Regional.

341, 1218, and 1640 won their second finals match 90-47

the other alliance got a red card for touching the bridge while balancing, so 341’s alliance got the extra points. then in the final match of the event the winning alliance scored 90

hahahaha, this is completely true. Myself and the other refs were making sure that the tablets worked, and they do! In fact, FIRST HQ sent us a Skype message asking if everything was going ok. They thought that our field and scoring system was on the fritz.

Here in San Diego the highest we’ve seen has only been the lower 30s. This was mostly a result of some low basket scoring (around 5-15) and then bridge points, with two robots balancing a very rare occurrence. Tomorrow’s elimination matches should yield much higher scores.

In SD there was a 36v40 match, which I believe was the highest.

It would also be interesting to look at the highest TP and HP.

Robonauts posted a TP of 159 at Alamo

Team 131 posted a HP of 132 at BAE

It will be interesting to see how this plays out as the weeks continue.

341 put up 218 HP and 249 TP in 12 rounds at Hatboro-Horsham.

With partners 1218 and 1640 we put up scores of 89, 90, and 103 (83 before G25) in elims.

Highest Hybrid in a single match…

1986, 16 ,and 3784 hit all 6 shots (4 top, 2 mid) for 34 points. 3784 chose the mid to minimze the risk of ball interference.

Match 19 here: http://www.more.net/content/2012-first-semi-final-and-final-matches

PS. We’ll see if we can work up a double auto to shoot the coop bridge balls for the next regional.

71-37 in Quarterfinals was the high in San Diego

Well, Waterford just hit 103, so anything is possible…

Team 469, 67, and 2851 for a triple, 12 hybrid, and 30 teleop, plus 21 foul points

89 in Hatboro F-2 remains the highest foul-free score. We’ve seen two 103s and a 100 where fouls gave significant contributions to the score.

At Waterford the 67-469-2851 alliance won 103-24 in the Quarterfinals.

GTR-East quarter finals

610/188/3360 won 100 to 10, however, if you watch the last few seconds of the hybrid period, 610’s last shot only registers as 3, when it should have been six, so the correct score should have been 103-10. I believe that this is the highest score (tied) as well as the greatest difference between the two scores.

Michael
