Woot is selling giant remotes (you know, two hands, a few pounds) 2 for $8 plus $5 shipping today.
Wouldn’t that be so funny for the robocoach to pull something that big and bulky out at the beginning of the match…I can just see the weird looks I’d get from other teams…
Here’s a $39.99 version of the same thing, except it’s nicer…just in case someone sees this tomorrow and has no idea what I’m talking about.
We actually have a remote just like that. We found it at Ocean State Job Lot (a local clearance/closeout type outlet here in RI) for about $5.
i have seen a few on here (ours included)
that thing is freakin sweet, and i love woot. i love it when manufactuers go opposite the norm and make things huge while everyone else is making things small.
I think the idea behind the jumbo remote is that it’s so big you can’t lose it.
We got ours at Walgreens. A drug store. It was easy to program with the IR chip. And Squirrel is right, it is easy to find, but it was also easy to operate. :yikes:
269 is also using a giant remote, it even glows in the dark 
We have one too. Got it at Staples for $6.
And here I was thinking how funny we would be with the only huge remote…
