At Thirdwave Automation, we’re all about autonomous forklifts. Our robots work alongside humans to efficiently move products for our customers, and we’re experiencing rapid growth.

I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about Thirdwave until seeing this post.

Like you, I run an automation company in the East Bay staffed with a lot of FRC alumni (are we clichés?). I just looked you up and we’re separated by less than three miles. I’d love to have our teams cross pollinate if schedules line up.

For anyone considering applying, I’ll say that automation engineering is about as close to “real world FRC” as you’ll find for a career, and isn’t easy but is a lot of fun.
