I was just wondering how everyone’s award papers are going. The Chairman’s Award is providing a pain for my group, but it is moving. Just figuring out how to segue everything together is hard, even for an Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper like me. Also, any problems with the Woody Flowers award and Founder’s Award? Just curious on everyone else’s submissions. With all the talk of the game, no one has said anything about the awards. Sad.

We’ve been working on it for months based on last year’s requirements and are fine tuning it now for 2003. We have an awesome student graphics artist who’s taken the ball and run with it. He can’t come to many meetings since he has volumes going on in many arenas, but he works wonderfully with us by email. I and others are thrilled with his innovative concept and the results. sly grin Will post it after 2/21.
Our Chairmans is coming along; it’s going a little slow since we don’t have too many people working on it. I’m finding it pretty difficult to put everything into words though. I find myself sitting at the computer for twenty minutes before I am satisfied with some sentences. Hope everyone else is moving along pretty well too.
