How can human players stack the bins?

During the 10 second period that human players are allowed on the field, we understand that the bin must be set down so that the bottom of the bin is on the ground or on the top of another bin - they must be the right way up. BUT - if the bins are stacked on top of each other do they have to be sitting so that the top bin is in the sunken part of the lid or can they be set so that the top bin is not facing the same direction as the bottom bin - as long as they are still the right way up? I hope this makes sense… I dont know how to better explain it.

Unless the rule is clarified in a team update, it should be legal to “criss-cross” the bins.
