Has anyone (everyone) received the cylinders from Bimba yet? We have not received ours and wanted to know what everyone else in experiencing in delays.
We received ours long ago, but we ordered right away.
Do you know of a method to ‘check’ on the order. We ordered about 4 days after kickoff and have not heard a thing…

I just called Bimba Customer Service (1-800-323-5095) and provided our team number. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and was told that our order had been received and looked like it would be shipped out tomorrow or Monday. No reason was given for the delay.
Called Bimba. Got a Fedex (odd since we selected UPS for shipping) tracking number. Shipped yesterday. Expected delivery in a couple days. No info on delay either. Thanks for all your help!
