How do you remember to take your medications?

Hi All:
I’m doing user research for a school software project and would like to know how you remember to take your medications.
My survey is short and doesn’t ask or record any personal identifying info.

I’m actually 17 but when I did the survey, I chose the 20-29 age range. It might be wise to add in an under 20 range. Many teens have to take medication too.
