My team is currently working on updating our awards/souvenir shelves, and I’m curious how other teams out there are able to show off their history to alumni, visitors, and even current team members.
It’s not just about showing off the awards that we’ve been fortunate to have won, we’re working on making it an all-around celebration of our team, and I’d love to see how others have done the same.

One of our younger mentors took this pic right after coming out of COVID after she reorganized and cleaned it up. We have since started another space from 2021-present.
When we do tours this is what visitors see coming into one of our shop areas. It’s more climate controlled and less dust than our main shop.
Our banners are hanging all over one of our buildings, in no particular order.

Jokes aside, our banner and trophy stash is in our shop (specifically, the no-safety-glasses room where things are a bit safer). We’ve kept taxidermied old robots in teacher classrooms as well.
