How good would Power Up robots be at Stronghold?

At a demo last week we tried to get a power cube into the tower, but our robot can’t reach far enough :frowning:

Behold, the greatest crossover in FRC:

Just gonna send it

We reconstructed our 2015 robot with only a few tweaks. Our intake now traveled with our lift and had rollie grabber vs a claw (never claw again specially when the game pieces can roll away.) Another change was the tilted up for better efficiency but lay it back down and we could clear the low bar. But lift Bars were lengthened and our kop chassis was refitted with different style gearboxes. There are other changes but if both bots could sit side by side you would think they were siblings. that is why we called this year’s robot Super Sir-Ants-A-Bot about a power up over 2015 robot Sir-Ants-A-Bot

Until the violent 2016 dense is applied when you try to place cubes. People were free to pound you into dust on the platform and extended like that the robot is at it’s most vulnerable.

You just need to install the batter underneath the tower.

My teams robot could maybe climb but forget doing the defenses except maybe the drawbridge with the mecanum wheels that we have on our robot.

The real question here is… would any Stronghold robots have been good at Power Up?

Ours would have definitely been good at defense… maybe could’ve done vault with our low goal mechanism
