When are the game rules going to be released? Will it be sometime today?

Whoa thar big fella… In view of your past accomplishments, you guys shouldn’t get the rules until a week after you get the parts. :o)

Of course it probably won’t make a difference, you’ll still build something awesome and flatten the rest of us mere mortals…

Yea, when do we start to loose sleep?

Bill, et. al,

We are fretting over that very issue. I believe that we will have at least a beta version of the
rules available on Friday. When we know for sure we will post it on the web.

Sorry we did not make the rules kickoff date clear. We have been so focused on getting all the kit stuff ready, we have not really had time to sit and think.

By the way…

You will not believe our scoring program! We have a killer Visual Basic programmer on our team. We have put him to good use designing a real time scoreboard for the game that will knock your socks off!
Let me just say the with this scoreboard program EVERYONE in the stands and playing the game will know and understand the score.

This is one of those ideas that I am counting on all the CDI participants to push FIRST to implement for ASAP.

See you all at the CDI 2000!

Hey, could you post the VB scoring program on the web so we can view this masterpiece (on Friday of course).

We don’t want to let everyone see all our cool stuff before we’ve had a chance to show it off.

Besides, it is still a work in process. The Delux Edition my not be done until late into the night the Friday before the competition

Seriously though, we can post it on our site after the CDI if there is an interest.
