Hello
Every time I start Outlook Express I get this error
and the program doesn’t respond
Can you please advice me how to stop it.
Hello Linda
Try using this Regtool
It will scan you system for corrupted dlls and registry entries.
Version 2.0.50215 of the .NET Framework is outdated (and from what I’ve come across in a Google search, seems to be a beta version released in autumn, 2005). I’d recommend going to www.windowsupdate.com and updating your system.
If that doesn’t work for you (slow Internet connection, or other reason), you can download the latest .NET Framework 2 release](http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5) and I’d recommend getting the Service Pack 1 as well.

May not fix the problem: other people seem to have reported the error, so I don’t think the DLL is corrupted. But if you’re interested in using such a cleaning tool, I’d recommend the free CCleaner.
