Making an impression on the judges, especially in what you do for your team/community is definitely important when in the interview. Also agree with being relaxed in the interview. Being relaxed leads to a more respectful, natural, and solid interview. Also knowing that the judges are a part of your community and are always there to help is what got me through my interview, even though I did not know either of my judges.
