How to get started with SmartDashboard and use RoboRealm with it?

How do we do anything on SmartDashboard? We can pull it up, but how do we add anything to it?

Also, how do you get RoboRealm to send information through it?

We read the documentation and it fixed itself by a computer restart.

I am still confused. How exactly would I implement RoboRealm into C++ code or a SmartDashboard?
