How to simulate in WPI/VS code?

I am able to add keyboard in simgui of the joysticks but stuck after that? Can anyone suggest what to do next? Thanks.

You have to tell your simulation what to do in order for it to do anything interesting. Check out some of the examples in Robot Simulation — FIRST Robotics Competition documentation (particularly physics based simulation), and take a look around for teams who have simulated pieces of their robots in past years.
