We in (north)Alabama get cold weather too, we had 1/2 to 1 1/2 in.( I know that’s nothing compared to what u get in the north but in the south that’s a lot) of snow the day Spring began on March. So I would love to be in some weather that is warm to.

At least you guys aren’t getting teased like we are in Virginia. We have a day or 2 warm enough to lay out (80 degrees) and then the next morning we have to get out scrapers for our windshields before we can go anywhere. And we didn’t get any snow in Williamsburg (I like snow). So the warmth of the sun and the excitement of competition will be much appreciated here.

To give you southerner’s an idea of how cold it is up here, it’ll be about a 50 degree change in temperature for me going to Florida. Yep, it’s about 20 degrees right now. And it snowed yesterday. And the day before that. And the day before that too. Oh yeah, the wind chill makes it feel like about 5 degrees. So warm will be nice. Then again when it gets to 40 here we think it’s warm…
Matt who wonders why he even bothered brining shorts to RIT…

I know it is going to be warm in Florida. Team 234 went to the KSC Regional and we thought it was warm then. And being from Indiana I can’t wait to see how warm it is this time.

Well, I can tell you this, it has been exceptionally beautiful here the past week as far as weather goes. If it stays like this, you’ll be in for some of the best weather at nationals in a while. It’s been clear, sunny, but not hot either.
Snow? what’s snow???
