I can't calibrate my camera on photon vision

Whenever I start calibrating my camera on photon vision, the take snapshot button doesn’t work. It recognizes the chessboard, but when I actually press the take snapshot button nothing happens. I’m using the dev-v2024.2.2-1-gc7508fea version of photon vision, the Arducam_OV9281_USB_Camera, and Orange pie5. I’ve tried restarting photon vision, orange pie, and even change the orange pie, nothing helped. Does anyone know how to fix it?

In my case if the camera does not see the whole checkerboard, it will not take a snapshot. That also means the checkerboard must fit nicely on whatever page you print it on.

I made sure it sees the whole checkerboard, and it detected it. But it still doesn’t work.

update: I went to the prior version of photon vision and it briefly worked. I managed to calibrate. However 3d still didn’t work and after refreshing it deleted the calibration and I can’t calibrate now because the following happens:
the camera and dashboard tabs are now just gray. I can’t access either tab at all. This has also happened previously but then refreshing fixed it. Now, no matter what I do it stays the same. I’ve tried refreshing, restarting the robot, and changing orange pie. Nothing’s helped. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
