I’m trying to enter FIRST Dashboard and i receive this message, i try to use other browsers but the message is the same, somebody knows how i can solve it?
This seems to be an issue with the database First inspires uses (MySql), and not specific to your browser. Based on the error being tied to a ‘in_language_locale’ field being too long for the amount of space they said it has to be. Not sure what sets this piece of information, but it’s not handling the exception nicely and basically erroring out on your request to log in or enter the dashboard.
This does not seem like something you can fix yourself and needs to be resolved by the team at HQ. Have you reached out in the chat on the first inspires website? Can you even get to the base website homepage? Is it just the dashboard that is giving you an issue? Technically need to be 18 or older to chat with HQ that way.
Not sure how well the FIRST backend handles non-English browser preferences on requests (if you have any)… could you try a different browser or incognito mode and see if the issue persists?
