I’ve got a pretty cool segway avatar made…but i cant seem to get it at 20k right now it’s 21.3k!!! ahhhh!!!..
I also plan on making an animated gif of the little green display/user interface sometime soon…

The reason it couldn’t get smaller is that the background wasn’t purely white. GIF files compress large patches of the same color the best. Once I made the background completely white, it went down to just over 19,000 bytes.
