I lose robot communication despite it being on

My robot randomly loses connection but it stays on the rsl also turns off but the roborio stays on how do I fix this?

In my experience, this sort of thing is caused by power issues. Make sure there are no loose or messy wires going to the power port on the rio, or on the other end at the PDP (or PDH).
