I smell a new âthe gameâ game brewing. Every time you think about the game hint you lose the game.
I obsessed over the game hint the 2 seasons that I was in high school for FIRST. Now that I am in college it just doesnât seem like a big deal to me.
I stopped caring a long time ago. 
I admit it, Iâm a party to this boondoggle.
I was forced to contribute to the vast waste of man-hours when I forwarded the link to my team. I may have had the clue up on my screen, but I didnât look for inner meaning, I swear.
I occasionally check the thread to see if there are any real interesting new ideasâŚnot following too closely thoughâŚ

John, this year Iâve joined the ranks of the grumpy old mentors who have seen too many of these game hints to get excited by them anymore. I think its easier this year to ignore them with the new control system to play with.
But its always good to see the younglings get excited about the game hints every year, but wake me up when someone actually figures out something useful⌠January will come soon enough, hopefully this will be the first year I donât loose any sleep before build season starts⌠I know Iâll be loosing enough sleep once season starts trying to pull a rookie team through build seasonâŚ
I havenât bothered thinking much about the hints since we were all âobsessed with a shovelâs showâŚâ
Where are the poems? The creativity? The meaty game hints that people have a water gameâs chance in Hades of interpreting?

Ah, but thereâs always new fish, erm, freshman each year. Many of them have the opportunity to experience the fun now that you did a few short years ago, thanks to the GDC.
Iâve already had my unexpected and marginally embarrassing moment in the spotlight thanks to the hint. Iâm happy to let others strive for their own.
I am going to reply to this just to let my signature speak for itself.
I donât pretend they donât exist, I prefer to read the game hint threads and laugh at the chaos there.
