We are able to stack 3 boxes if we are top loading, or stack as many as we want, if we are bottom loading. The whole mechanism tilts all the way back, so that the robot can go under the bar.

It looks like a good design, albiet with some exposed parts. How do you intent to protect them?

Protect the compresser. A bumper won’t save it. No matter how many ‘controlled’ tests you’ve done, it will bust.
The best ‘controlled’ test you can do to see if you’ll break it: Hit it with a baseball bat. Think it won’t break from that? do it, but be prepared to buy a spare. Think it would break? Move it somewhere else.
There will be some very high impacts and a broken compresser due to poor design will mean you are not given a backup at competition.
That wet parking lot may not be the best place for expensive electronics.

we will post the video of the robot pulling the two cars shortly
looks pretty good, we could pull about the same weight last year, but we had trouble pulling two cars since we could never get them perfectly in line. Good luck this year.

oh, one more thing that we forgot to mention. Our robot can shift gears, by sliding the already made shifter on the drill motors.
we used a couple or modified metal pieces and the two servos under both the drills motors.
The robot shift beautifully, although we have to stop before we shift. To date we have not had any grinding of the drill gearboxes due to poor shifting. (only when the drivers were going forward while shifting.)
In high gear it will scoot around at about 3 m/s, which is pretty fast. In low, as we mentioned, it will pull a car and a van.
