I thought I remembered there being an option of giving the judges a packet after you present the Impact award. Or was it just to supplement the presentation and they couldn’t look at it after?
Great question. The judging team will accept any documentation you want to present. The judges have the discretion to use it or not. It can be a tiebreaker

My main use of it is in writing the essay.
