If your team is currently registered or on a wait list for an event you no longer plan to attend, it is important you forward us an email indicating your team’s withdrawal. Please send this to email@example.com and put in the subject line “Remove Team from Event”, along with event details in the body of the email. It is vital that we hear from you immediately as there are teams still waiting to be put into an event. As always, your Gracious Professionalism is much appreciated.
Please remember that registration closes this Friday, December 5th at 5:00 pm EST. Please also remember that your payment of $5,000 is due to FIRST by this date as well. Payment must be in the form of a check or credit card (MC or Visa). Please check the Team Information Management System (my.usfirst.org) to see if FIRST has received your payment; if not, please check with your school or school district for payment information prior to contacting FIRST. If you need to speak in our finance department, you can call 603-666-3906, and dial ext #414 or #415.
IMPORTANT Purchase Orders are not considered final payment! You must forward a check or pay by credit card as indicated above for your account to be paid.
