Importing/Exporting of Robot Projects in Eclipse 2018-09 Not Working

We are attempting to import and export complete projects using the
File System. However, once imported, FRC Java robot applications do not give the deploy message. An error message results in “The selection cannot be launched as there are no recent launches”.

Sidenote: Java programs not using FRC plug-ins do not exhibit this problem and run without issue.

Open a file like the Robot.java file and put the cursor in the work-space then try to deploy. I have seen this before when power editing and deploying. It maybe a solution but not the right one. It has worked for me in my conditions.
