Not exactly right.

G403 only applies in AUTO.

The relevant rule for TELEOP is G409. You can control more than one game piece within your SOURCE ZONE

That’s not what G409 says.

The not-greater-than Momentary time is for outside the Source zone. Inside the Source zone, there’s no time limit.
