Installing NI game tools

We purchased a new laptop and have tried to download the NI game tools. It downloads and completes the installation, however when it reboots we get a blue screen error. Stop code: SECURE_PCI_CONFIG_SPACE_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Any Ideas?
