So as seen in this picture, I’m trying to extrude the circle along the length of the entire ring gear but I keep getting this error message. Not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated!.
It looks like you are inside an assembly and trying to create a 3d part. Under the Assemble tab if you hit the create button then you will be able to create a part file. Then you will be able to create a sketch and extrude and perform any other 3d part operations.
Also, how can I extrude the sun gear to make it longer?
