Back in 2015-2016, I worked for a company called InventoryLab that makes software to support Amazon third-party merchants. Excellent group of people, and it took a serious offer from AndyMark to pry me away. (They were even nice and sent a care package when I gave my notice, and let me keep the no-charge account.)
They’re hiring two of their Customer Champion positions, who respond to customer questions via email and chat. The position is remote, so anywhere in the US will do. It’s four 10-hour shifts a week, with one hire doing Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday 12p-10p Eastern and one doing Friday-Monday 8a-6p Eastern. Starting salary $33k-35k, with benefits. And you won’t have to explain FIRST to your boss!
