IRI Talent Show 2008

All:

The 2008 Indiana Robotics Invitational will, as always, feature a Talent Show. My name is Matt Fultz; I’ll be hosting/organizing/coordinating/…/ the show for this year.

If you or a group of yours would like to enter your talent, please send an e-mail to [email protected]

Once the deadline for entry has passed, the Talent Show Committee will make a “Yes/No” ruling on all performances. All performances will be told their status immediately to begin the necessary preparation.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me through PM or at [email protected]. It should be an incredible event this year, so let’s take the Talent Show to new heights, as well!

UGH!!! I want to do stand up again but sadly I will not be able to make it.:frowning: I’ve been planning all year and I think I have really good material. ugh!! This is killing me. :mad:

Everyone, you’re in capable hands here with Matt. I plan to actually watch the talent show this year. Should be different.

A group from the Killer Bees plans to perform a heavy metal masterpeice, fronted by none other than Jim Zondag.
Also featuring:
Brian Fain - Lead Guitar
“Woody” Woodcox - Rythm Guitar
Devon Stuart - Bass
Andrew Poisson - Drums

Talent Show Hopefulls:

When you e-mail your entry, please include a “Contact name”, Team name/group name, approximate length (ball park it), and the number involved.

This info will help the Committee put the final entries into a working order.

You guys are still one of the most memorable acts to date, only being surpassed by the tooth brush people from 2004. I am still saying EW to that one.

Never thought of that, but it would be cool if it was. Even if it’s not, I will try to have the TechnoKats camera set up in the back recording the entire show.

I want to make sure that I am receiving the e-mails correctly from the “talent” email address (they should be forwarding to me).

As of now, I have only 2 acts. Team 33 and Team 1902 I believe. If this is incorrect, please let me know. If this IS correct…then we need more people to sign up! Or this could be one lame talent show…

Zondag is singing, this is going to be the best talent show ever. He has to be better than Karthi. Also IRI Talent Show Attendees, no need to worry about Karthik if he tries to “sing”, the members of Team 494 have a balloon waiting for just for him.
