Is anyone else having trouble downloading WPIlib 2024.1.1?

it says the site cant be reached
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Is there a mirror or other alternative? I’ve been trying since last night. Two different computers

Have you tried a different network/wifi? Your internet might be blocking the connection.

Cloudflare Workers (workers.dev) domains are also blocked on our school’s internet, so perhaps they’re in some kind of default blocklist somewhere. You’ll want to use a hotspot or perhaps someone with WPILib would be able to provide an alternate download location.

Yeah - for teams at schools it is getting harder and harder as they continue block more and more stuff as a way of securing the networks from the students. I’ve always done the downloads offline at home and burned a CD/DVD/memory stick and brought it in to use (or just do the download and install / setup on my home wi-fi).

Yep, it was the network. I was able to download at a local coffee shop.

I have a BitDefender Box in my network, and if anyone else encounters this problem I would suggest using the BitDefender phone app to look at the log, which shows “blocked spam attempts” when WPILib attempts to download.
